Upgrade Request Form

If you have returned your wProCAD+ registration form, you may now use this electronic form to request an upgrade to the latest version free of charge.

All the fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled in, otherwise the form will not be processed. If you have moved since you sent your registration form please also fill in the address field. A contact telephone number can be helpful if difficulties are experienced in sending the upgrade as an e-mail attachment.

Requests are normally processed within 48 hours, but could take up to 3 weeks at holiday times.

Please note: With the release of version 1.02 of wProCAD+, a new 174 page manual has been released in a new, white 2 ring binder. Registered users may buy a new manual on-line   or UK customers may send a cheque for £25 (no VAT), to David Snell at the address shown on the first page of your old manual, quoting your serial number.  

 

New PCNew PC - no floppy disc drive?

If your new PC does not have a floppy disc drive and you need your wProCAD+ on a CDROM then if you order the new vesrion 1.02 manual you can receive a CDROM version free by simply e-mailing me your serial number.
