Requesting an Upgrade

If you have returned your WebWonder registration form, you may now use this electronic form to request an update to the latest release for your version.

NB: The upgrade from version 2.00 or earlier to version 3.00 may not be made using this form. The upgrade has to be purchased and will be sent by post because of its size. This form should only be used to order either the latest version or 2.00 or 3.00, depending on what you already have. Only a small portion of the software will ever be sent during an upgrade using this form. For upgrading to version 3.00, click here .

The electronic manual is not sent as part of an update request. The version 3.00 manual can be downloaded by clicking here .

All the fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled in, otherwise the form will not be processed. If you have moved since you sent your registration form please also fill in the address field. A contact telephone number can be helpful if difficulties are experienced in sending the upgrade as an e-mail attachment.

Requests are normally processed within 48 hours, but could take up to 3 weeks at holiday times.

Upgrading to 32bit:

If you have a 26 bit version of WebWonder you may upgrade to the 32 bit version free of charge, but from then on, only the 32 bit version will be supported. If you wish to maintain support for both versions you will need to upgrade to a site licence.
