Requesting an Upgrade

If you have returned your Draw2PDF registration form or bought your Draw2PDF on-line, you may now use this electronic form to request an update to the latest release for your version.

All the fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled in, otherwise the form will not be processed. If you have moved since you sent your registration form please also fill in the address field. A contact telephone number can be helpful if difficulties are experienced in sending the upgrade as an e-mail attachment.

Requests are normally processed within 48 hours, but could take up to 3 weeks at holiday times.

Upgrading to 32bit:

If you have a 26 bit version of Draw2PDF you may upgrade to the 32 bit version free of charge, but from then on, only the 32 bit version will be supported. If you wish to maintain support for both versions you will need to upgrade to a site licence.
