Upgrade Request Form

If you have returned your ProCAD+ registration form, you may now use this electronic form to request an upgrade to the latest version free of charge.

All the fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled in, otherwise the form will not be processed. If you have moved since you sent your registration form please also fill in the address field. A contact telephone number can be helpful if difficulties are experienced in sending the upgrade as an e-mail attachment.

Requests are normally processed within 48 hours, but could take up to 3 weeks at holiday times.

 Please note: With the release of version 1.07 of ProCAD+, a new 198 page manual has been released. Registered users may buy a new manual on-line  or UK customers may send a cheque for £25 (no VAT), to David Snell at the address shown on the first page of your old manual, quoting your serial number. 

Upgrading to 32bit:

If you have a 26 bit version of ProCAD+/Plotter+ you may upgrade to the 32 bit version free of charge, but from then on, only the 32 bit version will be supported. If you wish to maintain support for both versions you will need to upgrade to a site licence.
